New Rock Order Information

General Information:

Please note that New Rock orders can vary in their delivery times depending on whether the item needs to be made to order or if they are already in stock.
Timeframe can vary from 2 weeks - 65 days.
We highly recommend purchasing Route Protection for any New Rock purchase, as it allows you to track your order via their app: Route Protection App.

We cannot deliver New Rock purchases to PO boxes, sorry if this is an inconvenience. 

Refund:

In the case of a change of mind refund Hurly Burly reserve the right to retain a $95 re-stocking fee. Please email us at orders@hurly-burly.com.au within 30 days of receiving your delivery and we can discuss the steps to return your purchase.

Exchange:

In the case of an exchange, please email us at orders@hurly-burly.com.au So we can assist you with your enquiry. You will need to send the original product back to our warehouse and then place a new order.
In both cases the shoes will have to be in their original condition and packaging, to be able to process.
Exchanges and refunds by mail must be returned at the customers’ expense via registered post.
