Can i return my in-store order?
We do not offer change of mind returns on products purchased in store. 
We can usually offer an in-store exchange for another product, provided the product was purchased within 14 days and is not any of the following: 
SALE ITEMS
ANYTHING MISSING ORIGINAL TAGS OR PACKAGING
ANYTHING MISSING PARTS OR ACCESSORIES
HOSIERY & SOCKS
WIGS & WIG CAPS
CONTACT LENSES
INTIMATES, SWIMWEAR AND BODYSUITS. THIS MAY INCLUDE SOME WAIST TRAINERS AND CORSETS
COSMETICS, FACE PAINTS, HAIR DYES, FAKE BLOOD AND SPECIAL EFFECTS MAKEUP

Can i return my online order? 
If a product you purchased online is not quite right, we are happy to assist you in placing a return. Please see our online returns page for a full list of exclusions.  
Please note we are unable to refund postage if you change your mind or select the wrong size. We are happy to assist you with sizing enquiries if you are unsure of your size! please call or email us at any of the above contact details.

How quickly do you dispatch online orders?
We endeavour to dispatch most online orders ASAP, however, some items are in our offsite warehouse and orders may take 2-4 business days for packing and handling. Please note that seasonal stock (e.g. Christmas) and clearance items may require longer order processing times as we may need to retrieve your items from storage.
During busy periods such as the month of October we experience a high volume of online orders, please bear with us as we are doing our very best to ensure we get your orders to you as soon as we can!

How long does shipping take?
We use Australia Post to ship our orders, for up-to-date delivery estimates please check their delivery times and service updates. 
Due to the current situation, Australia Post has been experiencing significant delays with standard parcel post. Delivery with express post is still the fastest delivery & arrives much faster than regular post. We cannot guarantee orders will arrive by a certain date, and we cannot refund any postage for orders that do not arrive in time. We hope you understand that things are very uncertain for everyone at the moment and delivery times can be delayed. 
You can make changes to your order or shipping method after your order is placed, but we aim to pack & dispatch your order as fast as possible, so we do suggest contacting us ASAP with order changes. We will do our best to change your order, but sometimes it may be too late if the order is already with Australia Post. Please call or email us your changes at orders@hurly-burly.com.au or 0480 382 886 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you offer click and collect?
We offer a pick-up in store service for online orders, and we endeavour to have all pick up in store orders ready for you ASAP, however some items are in our offsite warehouse and can take 1-2 days to be ready for pick up. We will notify you by text or email (separate from your order confirmation email) when your pick up order is ready for collection.  If you require your order sooner, please call us before placing your order to avoid disappointment.
