At Hurly Burly we want you to be happy with your purchases and don’t want to make returns a hassle, we aim to make it as easy as possible!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RETURNS POLICY APPLIES TO ITEMS BOUGHT FROM OUR ONLINE STORE ONLY - NOT ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORE.

What is your pick-up in store hold time?

We hold all in store pick-up orders for 14 days from the date it was marked ready.

What is your returns policy?

  • If you’re not satisfied with your item we can offer a refund on most full priced items. (See list of ineligible items below.) Please email us! within 14 days of your delivery and we can chat about it!
  • Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund on postage.
  • If the item you purchased was a sale item, we can’t return it for change of mind.
  • If your cool new outfit or item is damaged /incorrect, please email us so we can have you feeling stylish once again!

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we’re happy to accomodate you. Once we’ve received your previous order, please place a new order and we can adjust accordingly. We endeavour to do our best in exchanges, just email us so we can better understand your needs.

What items aren't eligible for return?

  • Hosiery & Socks
  • Wigs & Wig Caps
  • Contact Lenses
  • Intimates, Swimwear and Bodysuits. This may include some waist trainers and corsets
  • Cosmetics, Face Paints, Hair Dyes, Fake Blood and Special Effects Makeup
  • Other Beauty Products - Face Gems, Glitter, Temporary Tattoos ect
  • Fake Teeth & Fangs
  • Pierced Body Jewellery and Earrings
  • Fake Facial or Body Hair
  • Sale Items
  • Anything missing original tags or packaging
  • Anything missing parts or accessories

Please ensure when returning any items, all pieces, tags and accessories are sent back to us so we can best secure you a remedy that you’re happy with. Please be mindful of some of the above items that aren't eligible for returns due to Australian health & hygiene regulations.

Can I return my item in store?

Yes, once you’ve received your confirmation email, please bring that in with you to the store so our team can best assist you.

Need to cancel an order?

Sure can! Please email us as soon as you can, we’ll endeavour to do our best.

Can I cancel my pick up in store order?

Yes, just let us know within 14 days of receiving your confirmation text, items past this period will need to be reconsidered for stock.
