All products are quality checked thoroughly before they are dispatched. We want you to be 100% satisfied with every product you purchase from us. 

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we will provide you with a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it had they known about it
  • Is unsafe
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description
  • Doesn't do what it said it would, or what you asked for, and can't be easily fixed

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the
item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase – for example, your receipt.


We are under no obligation to provide you with a refund, exchange or replacement if you: 

  • got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it
  • misused a product in any way that caused the problem
  • knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
  • asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted

However, if for any reason you do change your mind or order the wrong size we are happy to provide you with an exchange or credit note. 

Please email us with your order number, what you are wanting to exchange, the reason for exchange and weather you are wanting a credit note or an exchange (and for what item). Please note that there is no guarantee that any items or sizes will be in stock, regardless of what is listed on our website ( With in 4 days we will email back with confirmation, a shipping address and instructions for return. All shipping costs are to be covered by the consumer. 

Unfortunately we are not able to exchange or offer credit notes for these products: 

  • Contact Lenses
  • Hosiery
  • Stick on Moustaches
  • Cosmetics (including Special Effects makeup)
  • Hair Dyes
  • Body Jewellery (including earrings)
  • Any items that have be worn, used or altered

All costumes must be returned in original unbroken packaging, with all accessories. Any costume returned without all original parts will not be accepted. 

Please note that we can not be held accountable for any packages lost in transit. To avoid this, we suggest choosing a shipping method that includes tracking.


Need to cancel an order?

We ship out orders as fast as possible, please email us (or call us if it's within our opening hours) with in 2 hours if you need to change shipping details or cancel an order. There is no guarantee that a cancellation is possible, even within this time frame. Once you receive a shipping notification, it's out of our hands.
