Shipping & Delivery


All orders have a 3 business day packing and handling time on top of shipping time regardless of which shipping method you choose. No shipping is guaranteed on weekends or public holidays. Please contact us if you urgently need something and we will help you out! 

Express Post ($15):

Free on orders over $150

We ship via Australia Posts express shipping, because we post from Perth CBD you may be eligible for next day delivery. Check here to see if your postcode is included. If you live outside the next day delivery area, don't worry! Your package will be with you with in 2-3 business days. All express post orders include a tracking number.

Standard Post ($10):

Free on orders over $80

Shipped via Australia Post's Parcel Post, this shipping method takes up to 10 business days across Australia. Does not require a signature on delivery. 

Pickup In Store (Free):

If you opt to pickup in store we will email you when you order is available to be picked up, usually with in 1 business day but often within an hour or two. 

For any order, please make sure you are checking your emails as that is our main method of contacting you if we have an issue!

We can not be held responsible for any parcels that are lost or damaged in the mail. Please contact Australia post with your tracking number if you are having issues. 


Please allow us 10 business days to ship out International orders. 
International orders are also shipped via Australia Post.
International shipping varies greatly depending on size, weight, destination and time frame of the delivery. If you're not happy with the international shipping quote, please contact us and we will see what we can do!

International shipping may take up to 5 weeks and does not include a tracking number. Tracking numbers for International orders can be purchased for an additional $20 AUD. We can not be held responsible for any mail lost in transit. Please contact Australia Post if you're having issues.
