*ORDER DISPATCH AND SHIPPING TIMES UPDATE**

We endeavour to dispatch most online orders ASAP, however some items are in our offsite warehouse and orders may take 2-4 business days for packing and handling. Please note that seasonal stock (e.g. Halloween, Oktoberfest, Christmas) and clearance items may require longer order processing times as we may need to retrieve your items from storage.
During busy periods such as the the month of October we experience a high volume of online orders, please bear with us as we are doing our very best to ensure you get your orders to you as soon as we can!

We use Australia Post to ship our orders, for up-to-date delivery estimates please check their delivery times and service updates.

Delivery with express post is the fastest delivery & arrives much faster than regular post. We cannot guarantee orders will arrive by a certain date, and we cannot refund any postage for orders that do not arrive in time. 


You can make changes to your order or shipping method after your order is placed, but we aim to pack & dispatch your order as fast as possible, so we do suggest contacting us ASAP with order changes. We will do our best to change your order, but sometimes it may be too late if the order has already left the warehouse. General Shipping Info:

  • We ship out orders Monday - Friday, excluding all WA Public Holidays.
  • We do our best to ship orders out as quick as possible! Please allow us up to 3 business days for packing and handling and take this into consideration when estimating delivery times below.
  • All shipping methods include a tracking number. Tracking numbers can be found on your shipping confirmation email. Please check your junk/spam folder as sometimes they slip through.
  • Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.

Pick Up in Store:

All orders are available to be picked up in store from our Perth City location and our Balcatta Warehouse location, free of charge.

For local pick-up at our Balcatta Warehouse location, please contact 0480 394 669 before placing your online order.

We endeavour to have all pick up in store orders ready for you ASAP, however some items are in our offsite warehouse and can take 1-2 days to be ready for pick up. We will notify you by text or email (separate from your order confirmation email) when your pick up order is ready for collection. If you require your order sooner, please call us before placing your order to avoid disappointment.

Customers are required to collect their orders within a maximum of 14 days from the date of their order placement. You will receive a refund for orders that have not been collected within 14 days and your items will be returned to stock.

Uber Connect (Perth Metro):

Before proceeding, please make sure that you have received our email to say your order is ready for pick up. If you haven’t received any confirmation email, please do not start the process of uber connect as your package might not be ready.

You can get same day delivery with Uber Connect, just follow the steps below.
Step 1. Simply open up the Uber app.
Step 2. Click on the Package icon
Step 3. Click on receive a package
Step 4. Put in our address as where the package is coming from. (Please make sure you call the store 0487 880 110 or warehouse
 0480 382 886 to make sure you get the right location - whether it's coming from there or our warehouse - and that the package is ready to be collected).
Step 5. Confirm connect and track your package. make sure you are there to receive the package.

International Shipping Options:

International orders are shipping via Australia Post Standard shipping and include a tracking number.

All international shipping times are approximate only. We ship to many more countries! Please email us for any further enquiries!
