Neon Pigment Powder Set

How to apply on Nails:

1. Shovel the cuticles

2. Remove off the cuticles.

3. Shape the nail edge.

4. Buff the nail surface.

5. Clean the nail dust.
6. Apply the dehydrator and air dry.
   

7. Apply the primer and air dry 20s.

8. Apply the base coat and cure by UV/LED lamp.

9. Apply the neon-powder.
10. Note to apply the nail edge.
    
11. Apply the top coat and cure by UV/LED lamp.
12. Finish.

To remove:

-1. Soak off the nails into acrylic remover for about 5 minutes.

-2. Rip down the whole piece of nail enamel gently on each nail.

How to apply on eyelids:

Using a Flat Shader Brush, apply the Loose Pigment on your lid. You can also use a clean dry finger to apply. To complete this look, buff out the edges with a clean crease or dome shape brush.
